Gli As We Are sono Julio, Andre, Ste, Ginger. Nascono dalle ceneri di diversi gruppi, completano la loro formazione nel Febbraio del 2019.
Dopo qualche concerto conoscitivo e di riscaldamento, hanno scritto prodotto e registrato il loro primo album Mayday! mixato e masterizzato da Pan Music Production)
Nel frattempo, riarrangiano cover e realizzano video per YouTube in maniera autoprodotta.
